Alright thank you! And yes, unfortunately. It’s gotten to the point where I can barely walk and my doctor told me I had to stop. Good luck to you too!!
Do you have any advice or tips on how to ease the pain? I was just diagnosed with it today, and it’s in my ankle and shin area. It’s really bad and I don’t really know what to do anymore…it’s forcing me to sit out for my track season, possible longer. Help!

Tumblr, please spread this like WILDFIRE. This teenager has been wrongly suspected of being one of the Boston bombers. He’s scared for his family.
Please pass it on.

Signal boost or GTFO. NOW.
We talked about this in class today and a girl sarcastically said “sorry you look like a terrorist”
oh my gosh I can’t even tell you how much that made my day. thank you so much! <3
well i’ve had very bad ankle problems for the past two years…sprains, dislocations, muscle strains, etc. it’s gotten really bad lately and it got to a really bad point yesterday after a race so my parents told me they won’t let me hurt myself anymore and i need to take time off. i talked to my coach and he agrees with them. :/
But, here I am. Basically, I can’t run anymore. At least not for several months. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I know people get injured like this all the time and such but honestly it hurts so much to know that I can’t do the one thing I truly love for a long time. I talked to my coach and seeing his face when I told him…my heart literally broke. I just don’t know what to do.
if I had a place that beautiful to go jogging or even walking, I’d get up at 5am every morning. I swear.
